The Sky Tykes® ropes course, designed especially for kids ages 2-7 or under 48″ (1.2 m) tall, gets a new innovation this year — a Sky Rail™ zip line. Along with navigating the various rope challenges that promote self-confidence while having fun, kids can now soar across the tyke-sized course on this thrilling new element.
Sky Tykes® ropes courses are customized to fit into a variety of venues including family entertainment centers, amusement parks, farm parks, shopping centres, and anywhere that parents of young children will appreciate having a play zone scaled to fit these kids’ heights and skill levels.
The proportionally sized rope challenges on Sky Tykes® ropes courses include tremor bridges, rope beams, and turbo stirrups which mimic similar elements on the Sky Trail®.
“We know that kids are naturally curious and love to explore new activities while testing their abilities,” said RCI Market Development Manager, Lori Gunthorp. “We want to encourage that quest for new experiences on equipment that safely delivers an interactive challenge. The Sky Rail™ adds that extra thrill and reward for their efforts navigating the Sky Tykes® ropes course,” she continued.
The new course was showcased at the 2017 IAAPA Expo. To see it in action, watch the video below.
