Job Summary:
RCI is looking for a designer/architect with 3-5 years architectural experience for our design team. An ideal candidate will be able to use problem solving and communication skills to create conceptual designs of amusement/adventure products for clients based on their needs. They must be detail oriented and able to work both independently and as a team to complete projects timely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
o Create 3D models of amusement/adventure products within client building/site context.
o Prepare visually aesthetic plans, elevations, renderings, and supplemental imagery of design concepts that accurately portray design intent.
o Work with sales representatives, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client needs and safety requirements.
o Update/maintain a library of standard SketchUp models and design imagery.
o Provide input & designs when acquiring & developing new products to improve existing product quality, reduce costs, & introduce innovative new product solutions.
o Work through highly complex or high priority projects efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
o 3+ yrs of Sketchup 3D modeling experience
o Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field. (Required)
o Licensure or on path to licensure preferred
o Ability to read and understand architectural plan sets and construction documents
o Have a basic understanding of steel structural engineering
o Understanding of R&D Process preferred
o Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
o Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
o Previous experience with AutoCAD and AutoDesk programs
o 3-5 Yrs in Architectural field or similar.
o Experience in Amusement/Adventure Products a plus.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the installation of structural steel adventure products. Requires general construction and mechanical knowledge, flexible schedule and the ability to travel both domestic and internationally without restrictions. This individual performs various duties as assigned and must conduct themselves as a professional representative of RCI Adventure Products. This role requires extensive travel (75%) so applicant must possess or be able to obtain a passport, have a clean driving record (ability to be insured on company fleet policy) and be willing to submit to a background and drug screen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in safe material handling and installation processes from initial unloading to final inspection of project.
  • Ability to take direction from Immediate Supervisor
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Work independently and be a self motivator
  • Good attendance record
  • Complete all paperwork (including expense reports and timesheets) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Professional representation of company while on job site
  • Able to work within timelines
  • All other duties as assigned on a daily basis

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • General construction knowledge with structural steel experience a plus
  • Experience operating heavy equipment including all-terrain forklifts, manlifts and scissor/booms
  • Experience or ability to work at heights

Job Summary: An Inspector/Trainer at RCI plays a highly visible role as they interact with clients on a constant basis. The position requires a professional presence, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and knowledge of all aspects of RCI operations. A person in this position is responsible for annual inspections and training sessions for new installations as well as existing clients. Timely recording and reporting is a must. Must be comfortable presenting to large groups and introducing new RCI technologies and products to clients. Extensive travel is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training for inspectors, operators, and operator trainers at both RCI and client locations worldwide as needed
  • Conduct client safety inspections per RCI training and inspection guidelines utilizing all RCI resources
  • Communicate inspection or training results to Services Manager
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and RCI internal departments
  • Provide immediate feedback to clients and the Services Manager regarding compliance issues
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all RCI products including requirements for the integrity of the structure, elements, and safety equipment and all applicable RCI policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback regarding newly implemented policies and/or procedures
  • Work to improve standard operating procedures for inspection and training implementation as required
  • Maintain detailed records associated with inspections and training ensuring that all data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with a diverse range of personality types during training sessions
  • Work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Meet goals and work within specific time frames
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience/Personal Specifications:

  • Teaching and/or training experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Approximately 90% travel is required (domestic and international)
  • Managerial experience a plus
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at heights exceeding 30 feet
  • Ability to climb any portion of a product structure to access inspection locations
  • Ability to utilize any required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
  • Computer skills including word processing proficiency and familiarity with the Google suite
  • Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Ability to perform all tasks with confidence, precision and strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Currently possess or can obtain a passport
  • Experience and/or certificates in one or more of the following areas is not a requirement but a plus:
  • RCI products
  • Challenge courses and/or zip lines
  • ASTM building standards
  • AIMS Level 1
  • NAARSO Level 1
