Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of customer projects by assisting the Project Manager with scheduling, internal coordination, documentation, and ERP updates. This role ensures project details are organized, accurate, and progressing according to plan.

This position plays a key role in maintaining communication flow between teams and helping keep projects on schedule within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project information in the ERP system, including schedules, order details, and status updates
  • Track fabrication, shipping, and installation timelines and monitor milestone deadlines
  • Follow up with internal departments on open action items to help keep projects on schedule
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing and coordinating customer status updates and ensuring timely responses to open items
  • Schedule and document internal and customer meetings as directed
  • Assist with documentation flow, including drawings, change notices, approvals, and installation readiness materials
  • Proactively identify and flag delays, risks, or gaps in project information to the Project Manager

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, construction, or operations support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Summary: 
Abrades surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt, and to impart specified finish using abrasive-blasting media.  Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to quality specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sandblast all fabricated parts to the specified quality and able to gauge profile finish
  • Prepare parts for painting
  • Inspects equipment regularly, performs preventive maintenance as scheduled
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all consumables and communicate with your Supervisor in a regular timely manner to re-order supplies
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Able to work within timelines
  • Maintain a clean workplace
  • Contribute to the quality control of the project

Job Summary:  

As a Field Installer, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that brings our attractions to life. You’ll work with a Lead Installer to assemble, install, and service RCI products at client sites worldwide. This role is perfect for someone who is handy with tools, loves being on the move, and isn’t afraid of heights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with your crew to install and service adventure attractions safely and efficiently.
  • Travel across the U.S. and internationally (passport required).
  • Read and follow blueprints, construction plans, and site requirements.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and manlifts.
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
  • Submit time/expense reports accurately and on time.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) to join our manufacturing team and ensure that all welding activities and finished weldments meet internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable codes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in welding processes, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to uphold product quality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect welds at various stages of production to ensure they meet AWS, ASME, and/or customer-specific standards.
  • Review welding procedures (WPS), procedure qualification records (PQR), and welder performance qualifications (WPQ).
  • Conduct visual inspections and utilize nondestructive testing (NDT) methods such as VT, PT, MT, or UT as required.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare accurate reports on weld quality, defects, and conformance.
  • Work closely with welders, engineers, and supervisors to resolve welding issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring weld issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, customer inspections, and quality reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Stay current with industry codes, standards, and best practices related to welding and inspection.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of welding inspection experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred: NDT certifications, experience with ISO or ASME quality systems, and understanding of fabrication processes.

RCI is seeking a general laborer to be responsible for various manufacturing tasks as required. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Loading and unloading steel from plasma tables and laser.
  • Die change overs on steel rolling equipment.
  • Prepare steel for fabrication with use of hand grinders and deburring tools. 
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.
  • Maintain a clean working environment: Pick up all tools and equipment each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Material handling using fork trucks and hand carts
  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
