Job Summary:

The After Market Project Manager is responsible for overseeing post-sale projects involving components, upgrades, or replacement parts. This role ensures that all customer requirements are met by coordinating with internal departments, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and business systems to see projects through from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming project details with sales and technical teams to confirm scope, specifications, and delivery timelines

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle various accounting tasks, including job costing, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, have a proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track all job-related expenses, collaborating with project managers, operations, and procurement to ensure accurate cost capturing.
  • Prepare job cost reports, perform variance analyses, and evaluate job profitability, including detailed analysis of labor, material, and overhead costs.
  • Maintain and monitor job cost budgets to support project and financial planning.
  • Issue progress billings and invoices.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Job Summary:

This position within the Engineering department assists with the design of steel frame challenge courses and other adventure course products. The applicant must be very familiar with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Creo, Rhino, etc) and have at least four years of experience detailing fabrication or manufacturing components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to create precise and detailed technical drawings of steel structures, ensuring they meet the specifications for fabrication.
  • Create permit, inspection, and assembly drawings, ensuring timely completion of work orders. 
  • Update drawings to address changes requested by fabrication shop and/or client specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all designs and drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any drawing-related issues.
  • Assist with R&D drawings as necessary
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. 
  • Contribute to the quality control of the project.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to design and develop steel frame adventure courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings, including weldment prints and 3D models. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the responsibilities will include creation of analytical models, structural design of adventure course structures, connection design, foundation design, and cable systems design.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the installation of RCI Adventure Products under the direction of a Lead Installer / Installation Manager. This position requires general construction and mechanical knowledge, a flexible schedule, and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally without restrictions. This individual performs various duties as assigned and must conduct themselves as a professional representative of RCI. This role requires extensive travel (75%) so applicants must possess or be able to obtain a passport, have a clean driving record (ability to be insured on company fleet policy), and be willing to submit to a background and drug screen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate and actively follow all safety standards and procedures in accordance with RCI/OSHA policy
  • While on the road, 10-hour workdays are expected, unless business/shipping requires more/less.
  • Open communication with Lead Installer on all aspects of a project
  • Participate in safe material handling and installation processes from initial unloading to final inspection of all RCI products.
  • Complete project installation/consultation in a timely manner
  • Professional representation of RCI while on a client’s job site including personnel, safety, cleanliness, and all company equipment.
  • Complete paperwork (including timesheets and expenses) accurately and in a timely manner using the Replicon system.
  • Ensure all job site toolboxes are maintained and organized at the start/completion of a workday.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and storage areas between jobs.  
  • Prepare for upcoming jobs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on install equipment.
  • Occasionally, RCI will ask for road crew volunteers to work in the shop as well as perform mandatory tasks.  
  • Work independently and be a self-motivator

Job Summary:

The level 2 fabricator position is on the path from level 1 to expert fabricator. Level 1 training has been completed and you are quickly acquiring skills to become a master fabricator. As a level 2 fabricator, you have a great ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to determine operations, required materials, and timeframes for projects with the ability to problem-solve any issues prior to fabrication. You will be expected to set up, operate, and maintain all welding equipment.  As a solid form team member, you will share and demonstrate our values through workmanship and interactions with internal and external audiences.

  • Maintain production throughput of assigned parts
  • Use blueprints to produce and meet all specifications
  • Completing and demonstrating all basic skills and level 1 fabrication competencies

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a structural steel environment
  • Must be able to read blueprints and build with fixtures
  • Familiarity with standard structural steel fabrication practices for welding, cutting, drilling and punching steel
  • Proficient in GMAW
  • Understand and can use measuring instruments
  • Ability to pass a weld test in AWS D1.1 Flat prior to hiring

Salary

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000, however starting wage will depend on qualifications, skill, and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for Inspectors, Operators, and Operator Trainers at RCI and client locations worldwide.
  • Perform safety inspections in line with RCI standards.
  • Communicate inspection and training outcomes to clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay current on RCI products and safety procedures.
  • Provide feedback to improve policies and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and training sessions.
  • Present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in teaching, training, or leading groups (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% (domestic and international).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working at heights exceeding 30 feet.
  • Ability to climb structures and use personal protective equipment.
  • Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs and working in various environments.
  • Proficient with computers, including Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with RCI products, challenge courses, or zip lines.
  • Knowledge of ASTM standards.
  • AIMS Level 1 or NAARSO Level 1 certification.
