Job Summary: 
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our U.S. and international engineering teams in the design and development of steel frame adventure courses and adventure products. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of engineering leadership experience, combining technical expertise with proven skills in team management and project delivery. This role is responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company objectives. The Engineering Manager will also mentor engineers, foster innovation, and drive efficient collaboration across global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Oversee the design and engineering of steel frame adventure courses and adventure products from concept to completion.
  • Review and approve detailed shop drawings, weldment prints, and 3D models.
  • Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and installation teams to optimize manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet company objectives.
  • Conduct and oversee structural analysis, calculations, and validation of designs.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in design documentation, revision control, and engineering processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design methods, tools, and team performance.
  • Serve as a key liaison between engineering and other departments, as well as with clients when technical expertise is required.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and safety standards relevant to structural engineering and adventure attractions.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of engineering experience in structural or mechanical design.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience managing engineering departments and supervising engineering teams.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for 2D and 3D modeling, and Autodesk robot is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of welding practices, materials, and fabrication processes.
  • Experience with structural analysis, load calculations, and foundation design.
  • Familiarity with ASTM standards and safety requirements for adventure structures preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to innovation.
  • Ability to travel overseas several times a year to support projects and clients.
  • Flexibility to work extended days as needed due to cross-time-zone collaboration.

Job Summary:

The level 2 fabricator position is on the path from level 1 to expert fabricator. Level 1 training has been completed and you are quickly acquiring skills to become a master fabricator. As a level 2 fabricator, you have a great ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to determine operations, required materials, and timeframes for projects with the ability to problem-solve any issues prior to fabrication. You will be expected to set up, operate, and maintain all welding equipment.  As a solid form team member, you will share and demonstrate our values through workmanship and interactions with internal and external audiences.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production throughput of assigned parts
  • Use blueprints to produce and meet all specifications
  • Completing and demonstrating all basic skills and level 1 fabrication competencies
  • Able to operate in the shop with little or no supervision
  • Use material handling equipment safely to move parts
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, and measuring tools
  • Use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes
  • Understand and implement personal and company safety measures by wearing PPE
  • Work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Able to work within timelines
  • Maintain a clean workplace
  • Communicate with various departments for the direction of the project
  • Contribute to the quality control of the project

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a structural steel environment
  • Must be able to read blueprints and build with fixtures
  • Familiarity with standard structural steel fabrication practices for welding, cutting, drilling and punching steel
  • Proficient in GMAW
  • Understand and can use measuring instruments
  • Ability to pass a weld test in AWS D1.1 Flat prior to hiring

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the installation of RCI Adventure Products under the direction of a Lead Installer / Installation Manager. This position requires general construction and mechanical knowledge, a flexible schedule, and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally without restrictions. This individual performs various duties as assigned and must conduct themselves as a professional representative of RCI. This role requires extensive travel (75%) so applicants must possess or be able to obtain a passport, have a clean driving record (ability to be insured on company fleet policy), and be willing to submit to a background and drug screen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate and actively follow all safety standards and procedures in accordance with RCI/OSHA policy
  • While on the road, 10-hour workdays are expected, unless business/shipping requires more/less.
  • Open communication with Lead Installer on all aspects of a project
  • Participate in safe material handling and installation processes from initial unloading to final inspection of all RCI products.
  • Complete project installation/consultation in a timely manner
  • Professional representation of RCI while on a client’s job site including personnel, safety, cleanliness, and all company equipment.
  • Complete paperwork (including timesheets and expenses) accurately and in a timely manner using the Replicon system.
  • Ensure all job site toolboxes are maintained and organized at the start/completion of a workday.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and storage areas between jobs.  
  • Prepare for upcoming jobs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on install equipment.
  • Occasionally, RCI will ask for road crew volunteers to work in the shop as well as perform mandatory tasks.  
  • Work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Able to work within strict timelines

  • Good knowledge of all steel fabrication and construction procedures.

  • Knowledge and experience with All-terrain forklifts, man lifts, and scissors/booms.
  • CDL License or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to maintain a safe workplace at all times.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within travel timelines and itineraries
  • Experience or ability to work at heights.
